​Adult Community Education of Louisa County (ACE) trains volunteers to work one-on-one with adult learners. 
Learners set their own goals and achieve them with the help of ACE volunteers.
After being matched, student and tutor work together to set meeting times and establish a plan to meet their goals.
OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

  • GED PREPARATION
  • BASIC LITERACY
  • ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages)
  • FAMILY  MENTORING
  • CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS: basic computer classes, employment skills workshops, math foundations, essay writing, and Spanish language classes
  • BLENDED LEARNING

OUR MISSION

Adult Community Education (ACE) provides personally relevant life-long learning opportunities for
​ Louisa County residents in a safe, confidential, and non-discriminatory environment.
  We have been serving adults in Louisa for over 30 years.
